Pre-need arrangements
A staff member will explain all the available options to pet owners in the comfort of their own homes and a bereavement plan will be formulated.  Financial arrangements in the form of a trust will be made and monies can be pre-paid prior to usage.

  Support services
Comforting care from a trained professional to provide assistance and support as needed.

  Memorial services
Visiting hours, funerals, and memorial services can be arranged.  Complimentary monthly memorial services will be held for all interested in attending.

  Memorial products
A wide variety of urns, caskets, jewelry, personalized art work, stones and markers, etc. are available in all price ranges.

  Grief counseling
Informal and formal therapy by a certified pet bereavement counselor for both children and adults is available.

  Reference library
Pet loss and grief support resource materials are available for both children and adults.

Costs for services rendered are incurred on an individualized basis.  A written service agreement is signed by the pet owner prior to actual service delivery. Payment is expected in full at the time of service delivery. Credit cards, personal checks, and cash are acceptable forms of payment.
